Wall Mural

After four days of painting (and several months of planning) the Pivot Media wall mural is finally finished.  A collaboration between Jim Gipe, Martin Bridge, and Justin Norris, the image depicts a gigantic robin, feet firmly planted in the landscape of the Pioneer Valley, engaging in a tug-of-war with three industrial workers whose drudgery is further enhanced by the smog filled cityscape background behind them. The robin is pulling on a worm that, as it crosses the mural, turns into a chain that is being shouldered by the workers. The unveiling ceremony will take place in conjunction with Florence Night Out events.
